Robot Pedestals & Base Changers

Unifi pedestals are designed to deflect as minimally as possible during operation. These pedestals outperform aluminum extrusion and improve the performance and lifespan of your robot.

The GRIP Base Connector allows quick and easy removal of the entire robot arm. The Robot arm is bolted to a quick Connect system which in turn is bolted to a table or cell. This manual Connect system allows companies to use the same robot in multiple different cells without having to unscrew the robot every time. A simple lever allows the robot to be released from its current position and taken to a new position. The entire process takes only a few seconds. It enables companies to be more flexible with the robots that they have and optimizes the use of their resources.  In case of extreme loads we recommend the Base Connector SWS200.

Magswitch Cobot MagBase intended for use with collaborative robotic arms. The Cobot magnetic base firmly fixtures collaborative robots on ferrous materials with a twist of the wrist. The Magswitch MagBase is available in two sizes: Smaller UR3/3e5/5e and the Larger UR10/10e/16e (intended for two-person carry). Magswitch pivoting arrays can be anchored to flat and cylindrical surfaces and feature a wide footprint to reduce the risk of peel when the end effector is at its greatest radius. The array pivot points contain electrically isolating bushings and washers to ensure welding and static transient voltages on the part/substrate are decoupled from the robot ground.

Quick-Move Robot Base Changers allow precise robot portability between multiple workstations for increased flexibility and productivity. A single Quick-Move robot Base Plate can be coupled to an endless number of workstation mounting bases for multi-purpose robot applications. Solutions for standard robot mounting and user-machined mounting configurations are supported.
