Made4CNC Safedoor SD100
Safedoor is an innovative, safe and easy-to-use solution for handling the CNC machine doors in collaborative machine tending applications. Specialized linear actuators provide reliable high-speed opening and closing of CNC doors, while a controller ensures smooth operation. The controller also combines digital control from the robot, the CNC machine and the included operator panel. SD100 is automatically adjusting to the CNC door size by use of acquate force and speed control when put into use, and will keep finetuning the force monitor in every cycle.
