Setup Connect your robot controller to the Blue Dragon Framework robot controller, as instructed by the user manual. Install Framework as well as the end effector on the cobot flange. Install cable management around your robot. Connect the camera and end effector cables to the Framework box. Power on an run the initialization sequence. Set up the scan region and work surface. Calibrate the camera and the TCP. Operation process Place the part to be worked onto the work zone. No repeat part positioning required. The HMI interface creates a new part program. Scan the part to either part match to an existing CAD or create a mesh for a new part. Use the preferred training method – hand training, marker, or feature extracted from CAD. Train the physical part on the work zone in the digital twin simulator and/or in physical cold runs. Select the feature to train. Tune the parameters, validating it in the Digital Twin. Then validate your tuning either with a cold run or hot run. Once the part is trained, use the Running Screen to manufacture as many parts as you like.
