The PreciGrip Gripper Kit is suitable for handling different components and the gripper can be quickly adapted to the geometry of the component. It was developed from years of experience in gripper construction. The form-fitting connection allows for maxium precision and repeatability. The target is to set up the gripper in a 90 degree orientation of the gripper compontens and to make only the active element such as the suction cup or the parallel gripper adjustable. Only two tools are required for the individual systems (P13 / P22). All components from the standard gripper kit from AGS Automation are compatible with this. The entire modular gripper system comprises approx. 2500 components, the HRC (Human Robot Collaboration) modular system comprises approx. 100 components. Components such as gripper change systems, profiles, profile accessories, clamping pieces or gripper arms are at your disposal. You can also get additional active elements like vacuum cups, gripper, parallelgripper, gripper fingers etc. No channel nuts are required, so components can be added at any time. The CAD GRIP 2.0 gripper configurator and the customer portal at www.ags-automation.de are optional additions.

The ASPINA ARH305 robotic grippers now comes in two different opening diameters.  ARH305A has a maximum opening diameter of 116mm while the ARH305B has a maximum opening diameter of 143mm.  The ASPINA robotic grippers have large fingers opening diameters even in a compact size and grips small to large workpieces with one robot hand. Adjustable torque, speed and position control achieve to grip soft hardness workpieces without any deformation. Fingers of robot hand are replaceable, depending on a customized finger, it holds approx. 500g weight. The hollow shaft design can be used to easily install air tools, cameras, sensors and so on. This product would be applied for various applications such as handling small work pieces and picking foods, medical and cosmetics industries.
