Olympus Technologies protective covers provide reliable protection while maintaining unrestricted robot movement and accessibility.

Designed specifically for Universal Robots, each cover is engineered to deliver a precise fit without compromising the robot's range of motion or cycle times. Our range includes covers for both the established e-Series robots and the latest Universal Robots URg range. Olympus has incorporated a zip off flange section of cover to provide easy access to the Smart Panel when programming, without needing to remove the full cover.

Available in a choice of specialist materials, including silicone, Hypalon, Kevlar and PTFE, Olympus protective covers can be matched to a wide range of applications, from welding and machine tending to chemical processing and abrasive manufacturing environments. Designed and manufactured in the UK, they provide a durable, high-quality solution to help maximise robot uptime and extend service life.

How Does it Work?:

Each cover comes in a number of pieces, which join at the robot's joints to ensure unrestricted movement. Connecting pieces are covered to maximise the water resistance properties of the cover. The cover can be sold with a zip-off flange section to enable access to the Smart Panel on the URg range of robots. This does not require the full robot cover to be removed.
