Grinding and sanding also create invasive dust that can get in compromised joints.  Reduce your maintenance costs by protecting your robot arm with joint covers and joint seals. 

The robot joint covers protect the factory end caps from damage due to weld spatter, UV, and over-spray from hot processes. The seal band adds on an additional level of protection from UV, spatter, and ingress.
