UniGripper Co/Light

UniGripper Co/Light is a series of collaborative, light-weight vacuum grippers, which enable gentle handling of a wide range of objects from large boxes to small parts being 25-30mm in diameter, or even smaller.

The Unigripper Co/Light grippers include an integrated vacuum source that generate vacuum using compressed air and the venturi principle. The grippers are equipped with an array of UniGripper’s Intelligent Vacuum valves, which sense where objects to be lifted are located and focuses the vacuum to the objects. In the bottom of the gripper, closest to the objects to be lifted is a foam pad that seals the vacuum around the objects and provides a gentle handling of the objects.

• UniGripper Co/Light is able to handle anything from large and heavy objects (the generated lifting force can be up to 300N for Co/Light Regular) to small objects that can be arbitrarily located on the gripper surface.
• Equipped with a robot adapter with snap-in function, making the UniGripper Co/Light easy to install and easy to move between robots.
• UniGripper Co/light is optionally delivered with a UniGripper Control Box, comprising all pneumatic functions needed for integrating the UniGripper Co/Light gripper
• URCaps plugin is available for most easy integration of UniGripper Co/Light with its control box
