Robatech offers you the special UR+ Integration Kit. It connects the cobots with Robatech adhesive application systems in a simple and reliable manner. The integration kit includes a holder for the application head and attachments for the heating hose on the robot arm. With the GlueBot software, the glue application process can be easily programmed. Settings for the heating hose, the application head and the melter can also be made easily using the cobot touch pad. The system status is always visible and clearly visualized on the touch pad.

As a global expert in adhesive application systems, Robatech offers versatile system solutions for processing thermoplastic and reactive hot melt and dispersion adhesives. The modular systems consist of an adhesive melter or feeding unit, hose and application head. The optional RobaFeed 3 automatic filling system for melters ensures operator safety and extends the glue granulate refill intervals. The special UR+ Integration Kit was developed and certified for the perfect interaction of cobots and Robatech adhesive application systems.
