The initial integration is done by our service engineers on-site. Alongside the robot and the axis, a detailed manual describes how to connect with the axis (from a UR perspective) and operate with it.
The URCap is delivered with an example project to show the customer the supported functionalities. They include the manual control, the movement and various status and parameter checks. Via the URCap, the UR system communicates with the connected axes bidirectionally. Therefore, the current status is known at any time. All commands, as explained in the manual, can be selected and used freely.
