eviXscan Automated 3D Scanning System
3D scanner eviXscan 3D Optima+ M integrated with Universal Robots robot is an autonomic measuring unit capable of operating continuously in the production cycle. Thanks to URcap installation is in a plug play mode. The user can easily parameterize subsequent scans in Single Scan or HDR modes. It is also possible to use the full potential of the eviXscan 3D Suite software including its predefined macro-commands, such as post-processing of scans, or export of finalized 3D models to fully automate the scanning and quality control process. Programming robot paths is easy and doesn’t require expertise. eviXscan 3D Optima+ M uses blue LED structured light, which has the lowest refractive index of visible light. Optima+ M provides high quality measurement: measuring accuracy up to 0.009 mm and points density 117 pt/mm². Designed for the objects of the size 7 cm - 100 cm. Overview
The eviXscan 3D scanner integrated with the cobot arm forms an automatic scanning that eliminates to the maximum the operator's involvement in the entire quality inspection process. The scanner cooperating with the cobot uses the optically coded artifacts located in the working area of the scanning system to achieve a very high accuracy of the scanning results. The coupling with the quality inspection software provides the functionality of automated quality control and dimensional inspection report generation which helps to fulfil the requirements of the complete traceability of pieces in the production process as stipulated by Industry 4.0.
