Pending legal dispute between Elite Robots and Teradyne Robotics resolved by mutual agreement 

Teradyne Robotics A/S, a subsidiary of Teradyne, Inc. (NASDAQ:TER) and global leader in advanced robotics solutions, today announced that it has resolved by mutual agreement its legal dispute with Elite Robots.

The resolution aims to bring to a close the legal dispute between the parties and reflects their shared interest in avoiding the continued time and cost associated with legal proceedings. The terms of the agreement are confidential.

Jette Withers, Chief Legal Officer, Teradyne Robotics said: “The parties have resolved their pending legal dispute by mutual agreement. The settlement does not constitute an admission by Elite Robots regarding liability, infringement, validity of intellectual property rights, or any other disputed issue."
