SAN2 Riveting System

Titgemeyer SAN2 is part of a product family of an automatic riveting system. It is a modular and universal system for blind rivets suitable for fully automatic production and assembly lines. It benefits mainly from process diagnostics, compact dimensions and its universality for different rivets. The rivets are processed in the system automatically from sorting phase to the setting phase. During the process, the system behavior is monitored and evaluated. This allows fast reaction on the runtime problems and significantly reduces the line downtime. Also a riveting cycle evaluation is perfomered based on setting stroke and force. The riveting data is then provided to a master system for further analysis or storing. The system contains fully built-in riveting logic of all of the components. Thus is simple to control and integrate to the customer solution.
