AccuPick 3D

Solomon AccuPick is a 3D vision system that enables fast, intelligent and accurate 3D picking for all types of applications, including random bin picking.  Training the system to recognize complex-shaped objects is fast and easy using state-of-the-art deep learning technologies.  The deep learning module also enables 3D recognition of objects traditionally not possible using CAD matching method.  The system is suitable for variety of applications: 3D pick-and-sort for food packaging or E-commerce Machine tending Palletization and depalletization Kitting and assembly  

• Does not require CAD file
• Recognizes different objects in 3D regardless of shapes and colors

• Fast image processing even for complex objects
• Recognizes and picks objects as small as a M3 screw

DEPENDENCIES

• Using deep learning mode requires a PC with minimum GPU and associated memory requirement, please refer to data sheet for specific hardware requirement
• No CAD file needed

• Tasks can be executed from UR Polyscope
• Software can recognize objects using two methods

2) advanced - deep learning
