The Teachring by Obermeier Systems helps you to teach waypoints with your Universal Robot easily, fast and precisely. It is simple to mount as a snap-on device and intuitive to use via the Teachring UR Cap. Two models are available: Teachring: Directly connects to the tool-connector on the 6 axis of the robot Can be used with another robot tool that does not use the tool-connector Teachring with external cable: Comes with an external cable Does not use the tool-connector on the 6 axis of the robot Can be used in combination with UR+ products, which already use the tool-connector of the robot.
The Teachring has two buttons, one to enable Freedrive (blue button) and a second one to save waypoints (red button) in your robot program via a URCap.
The Teachring saves time and costs, especially if you have many waypoints to teach in applications such as welding, sanding, polishing, etc.
