sBot Speed - URCap is a safety system tailored to make safeguarding your cobot application easy using an UR robot. Thanks to the ""nanoScan3 Tool"" (URCap provided with this system), the configuration of a safe robot application is done using the teach pendant from UR.
The safety devices, together with the software and documentation, allow you to configure a safe application using an UR robot (robot is not provided with the system). The functional logic resulting from this combination has been tested by SICK and complies with local standards.
This system, is in the sBot - URCap family, a family of easy-to-use safety systems targeting material handling applications all while providing the necessary know-how to help customers achieve safety without compromising productivity.
sBot Speed - URCap has two protective fields; one triggers the reduced mode (speed) and the second stops the robot when infringed.
