set_analog_io_domain(alias, domain)
Configures one analog input or output domain. Analog pins can be configured in voltage or current mode. In voltage mode, pins expect 0–10 V. In current mode, pins expect 4–20 mA.
Hardware has some tolerance outside those ranges and clamps inputs when the tolerance is exceeded.
See also I/O labels.
Parameters
alias: The symbolic name of the pin (string). It can represent an analog output or analog input.
domain: Number. 0 = 0–10 V, 1 = 4–20 mA. This encoding is inverted relative to set_standard_analog_input_domain, set_tool_analog_input_domain, and set_analog_outputdomain.
Example command: set_analog_io_domain("CB_AO1", 1)
- Example Parameters:
- Configure control box analog output 1 in current mode:
set_analog_io_domain("CB_AO1", 1)

Replaces: set_analog_inputrange, set_standard_analog_input_domain, set_tool_analog_input_domain, set_analog_outputdomain.
