Parts need to be fed into numerous locations in a production environment. UR cobots offer a highly flexible solution here. Mikado Find locates the parts to be gripped for the UR cobot so that they can be gripped accurately and fed into the system.
The complete package consists of intuitive software and an industrial 3D camera from ENSENSO. The use of a 3D camera allows more freedom in the design and cell concept. Typical tolerances from the real production environment, such as positioning inaccuracies, shifts, tilts, or overlapping parts, are also eliminated. This ensures robust operation of the station in an industrial production environment. No additional lighting is required, the 3D cameras contain everything necessary and have been proven in numerous applications worldwide, even in challenging situations such as shiny metal surfaces made of copper, steel, gold, and more.
Mikado Find is installed on the UR controller via URcap. This makes all Mikado Find functions available for the UR cobot's program sequence to solve the task. Mikado Find itself is set up via a clear web GUI on the controller.
If you want to pick up parts from an AMR, conveyor belt, table, tray, rack, pallet, blister pack, basket, or similar, Mikado Find will find the parts for you.
