Terms and Conditions

When you enter the competition you accept the following terms and conditions:

  • The competition runs from April 10 through July 10. The winners will be chosen by a jury. All entries will be assessed based on the challenge and the relevance in correlation with the Cobots for Collaboration concept. The winners will be notified directly and will also be published on www.universal-robots.com and on Universal Robots’ social media platforms.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
  • There is a total of ONE UR robots as a prize – only entries with a base in the UK are eligible to win.   
  • The winners win the robot only. No end-of-arm tooling is included. All additional costs associated with the robot and the automation process must be covered by the winners themselves, including taxes, integration, freight and installation and the planning hereof.
  • The prize cannot replace costs or act as a refund of an existing UR robot solution at the winning company.
  • The size of the robot will be determined by the local UR distributor based on an assessment of the requirements.
  • It is a prerequisite that the integration of the robot is carried out by an authorised UR integrator or distributor.    
  • All competition participants must be companies that manufacture physical products.
  • A case story will be made on the winning company and used globally for marketing and PR purposes by Universal Robots. By entering the competition you agree to this.
  • People employed by Universal Robots, it’s parent company Teradyne, Inc. and its subsidiaries, or by Universal Robots’ official collaborators (including distributors, integrators and suppliers) cannot enter the competition.
  • Personal data submitted as part of the competition is handled only by Universal Robots and Universal Robots’ official collaborators and will not be passed on to third party.
