HRC 03 ZIMMER GROUP - COLLABORATIVE GRIPPER
The Zimmer Group HRC-03-118505 collaborative gripper allows easy teaching of the robot thanks to the integrated Free-Drive-Button.
Direct connection to Tool IO and direct assembly to the robot flange guarantees easy installation and operation of the 2-jaw parallel gripper.
Safety on board: self-locking protects the work piece from dropping even in E-stop or power-failure. DGUV/BG certification of the entire gripper obvious.
The URCaps software makes the entire work with the end-effector even more perfect.

How does it work?
The gripper is operated by digital signals. One signal for closing the gripper jaws, a second signal to open the jaws. Part present signal by analogue sensing 0-10V. The Zimmer URCaps allows easy operation of those features.
