SOLID LANDMARK 3D an affordable camera-based solution for high accurate 3D measurements. The system is static mounted at the workspace, which keeps the robot wrist free from any sensors and has therefore no restrictions for the application tool.
The camera observes a wide range of the workspace so the object can be detected in various positions. It is not necessary to preposition the object in a limited measurement space. The measurement performs with measurement targets (2D coded markers – landmarks), which will be detect 100% automatically, there is NO complex configuration, the codes can simply be selected from a list.
