SPEED OF BOX TRANSFER/CYCLE RATE
Do not let the Vision System be your bottleneck! Picking targets are usually received in less than 3 seconds since the trigger signal was received. The rest is up to the robot and end of arm tooling. For a single box per pick, you should be able to achieve 600+ picks per hour, but with a multizone gripper and proper control, you might be able to double this number

GRIPPER
URCap has been successfully tested with Photoneo custom-made gripper, standard OnRobot, and Schmalz area grippers or you can use your preferred end of arm tooling. Supporting a variety of vacuum grippers (Photoneo custom-made gripper, OnRobot, Robotiq, Schmalz, PIAB, Schunk, etc.) for your projects.

How does it work?
The system is set up around the most advanced convolutional neural network which helps to recognize the object (box, cuboidal package), the user wants to handle. For this purpose, a custom Photoneo Localisation algorithm is configured and trained. The system implements a full-featured user interface for the robot to camera calibration. All is done comfortably via UR pendant. After this initial quick and easy setup, the system sends coordinates of the target object to the robotic controller.
