Handling Set SGM-SV
The SGM-SV handling set is ideal for handling ferromagnetic components. Wherever perforated sheets, complex laser-cut components, sheets with holes and cutouts have to be gripped, the SGM-SV shows its strengths.
The magnetic gripper with a holding force of 100 N is supported by a gripping surface with friction ring that absorbs high lateral forces. The handling set is suitable for human-robot collaboration. The bistable function of the permanent magnet ensures safe gripping even in the event of a power failure.

How does it work?
Screw the housing to your robot flange. Connect the compressed air and power supply. The gripper can be parameterized quickly and easily via the commissioning software. A distinction is made between the switching states "gripping" and "depositing".
