Right Sidebar Menu

Description

The right sidebar contains four menus:

  • Safety Overview

  • Move

  • Program structure

  • Global Variables

To open Safety Overview

  1. Tap Safety Overview icon.

  2. Tap the drop-down menu to choose your mode selection, either manual or automatic.

  3. Enter the operational mode password to unlock when automatic mode is chosen.

  4. Tap Confirm button.

You can now access the ten tabs to program the robot:

  • Robot Limits

  • Joint Position

  • Joint Speed

  • Planes

  • Tool Position

  • Tool Direction

  • I/O

  • Hardware

  • Safe Home

  • Three Position

 

To access Move

  1. Tap the Move icon.

    The right side bar expands to show more tabs related to the Move menu.

     

  2. On the expanded right bar, tap Move.

  3. Tap Relative to drop-down menu to choose the robot part where the movement is related to.

  4. Tap Active TCP drop-down menu.

  5. Tap Translate and Rotate tab to use the Cartesian coordinates.

To access Joints
  1. Tap Joints icon.

    You can see the three options to input the values for the six parts of the robot arm:

    • Base

    • Shoulder

    • Elbow

    • Wrist 1

    • Wrist 2

    • Wrist 3

  1. Rotate the control ring of each part clockwise or counterclockwise to reach your joint value.

  2. Tap the rectangular bar for each robot arm part.

  3. Type and enter the value to edit.

  4. Tap Confirm.

  5. You can also tap the plus and minus button to reach the joint value.

 

 

To access TCP
  1. Tap TCP.

  2. Tap the Relative to drop-down button.

  3. Choose your relative point from the four options.

  4. Tap Active TCP drop-down menu.

  5. Tap the rectangular bar of the X, Y, Z coordinates and RX, RY, RZ coordinates.

  6. Type and enter the value to edit.

  7. Tap Confirm.

 

To access Smart Skills
  1. Tap Smart Skills.

    Six smart functionalities are given for you to move the robot:

    • Align to plane

    • Align Z to nearest axis

    • Center

    • Freedrive

    • Move into contact

    • Retract
