Robot Cable

Description This section lists the UR series robot cables and warns against improper cable selection and the use of incompatible cables.
 

    The "Standard (black)" and "High flex e-Series (blue)" cables are not compatible with UR20 and UR30 robots.

  • Do not use an e-Series cable to connect a UR20 or a UR30 robot arm.

  • Always use the High flex cable that is compatible with UR20 and UR30 robot arms.

    Conducting installation and/or maintenance of equipment connected to a power source can result in injury or death due to electric shock.

  • Disconnect equipment from the power source before conducting installation or maintenance tasks.

    Improper cable selection, usage, or connections can result in loss of power to the robot arm.

  • The maximum robot cable connection from the robot arm to the Control Box is 12 meter.

  • Is possible to extend a 6 meter High flex cable with a single 3 meter High flex cable .

  • Do not extend any other cable combination other than the one above.

    Connecting the Base Flange cable directly to any Control Box can result in damage to equipment and property.

  • Do not connect the Base Flange cable to your Control Box.

  • Always use a UR robot cable to connect the Base Flange to your Control Box.

    Failure to use the robot in accordance with the intended use can result in hazardous situations.

  • Read and follow the recommendations for intended use and the specifications provided in the User Manual.
